C.O.I (Certificate of Insurance) will be provided upon your venue’s request. It will cover $2,000,000.
TRAVEL FEE
From our studio and up to 50 miles roundtrip, travel is included in every package. But after 50 miles round trip, we will be adding $2 per mile.
DESTINATION WEDDING
Our studio team handles the booking of all travel logistics. We book air travel, hotels, local transportation, and any other requirements so you don’t have to worry about anything in regards to travels.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Most packages include a 1/hr engagement session. But if you choose not to receive it, it goes toward your wedding day or will be discounted from the package price. We do both location and studio sessions. Location session is 1/hr minimum and a studio session is 30 mins minimum We will ask about back up days in case of inclement weather. When you book us, our booking system will provide a client portal site. You will fill out your favorite dates for the engagement session and our general manager will accommodate it.
PERMITS
Many beautiful sites will ask about permits that cost a fee. We could help you find a perfect location, but you will have to cover the cost of paying a fee and getting a permit.
PACKAGES
Packages cover 7-10/hrs with one or more photographers and cinematographers. You have the option to choose just one or both of our services. The signature package will give you the best of all including fine prints, engagement session, and/or albums. There are add-on items to customize your wedding day! SHOT LIST
Although there are family groupings that we traditionally photograph, we would be happy to work with your own shot list for family portraits. Other than family portraits, having us work from a checklist is counterproductive and limits our creative direction and eye for beauty.
RESTRICTION
If a location's list of rules are provided to us in a timely fashion (so we can discuss with the director/coordinator if necessary), there should be no problems as long as the client understands these rules as well. They're simply there to ensure that photographers don't cause any disturbances and that some level of decorum is maintained throughout the ceremony.
EMERGENCY
Our studio can handle any emergencies (personal or otherwise). In those instances, we would simply provide a substitute associate photographer at no additional cost. We work really hard to avoid these circumstances. We belong to many professional photography organizations and are confident that any one of our talented colleagues would be more than happy to help out if something really tragic happened to either party.
TURNAROUND
We provide both teaser photos and cinematic trailers within 2-3 weeks after your wedding. All retouched high resolution photos and a cinematic short film will be delivered by USB and a private online gallery within 3-4months.
COPYRIGHT
You will be provided with a copyright release, which will allow you to make prints, enlargements, and albums on your own.
